Job Summary: We are looking for a strong candidate to add to our Service Management Team in northeastern PA. The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong track record for managing in the field service workforce. In addition to management responsibilities, you will work in a team environment--across departments--to implement creative customer service solutions.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish overall improvement in the following areas: cost performance, customer communications, technicians’ technical expertise and customer service skills
  • Possess strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Develop and maintain business plans
  • Support expansion of customer base and technical force
  • Improve technician recovery rate
  • Effectively improve warranty performance
  • Provide technical support to technicians and customers
  • Proactively maintain and manage customer and CFPM costs control
  • Oversee budget planning

Qualifications:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business- and/or Management-related field or equivalent, related experience
  • Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and exceptional driving record
  • Complete a favorable background check and pre-employment drug screen
  • Provide proof of exceptional customer service, presentation skills and ability to relate to a wide-range audience
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to all levels of organization, from VP to entry-level employees
  • Showcase strong problem-solving, organizational and time-management capabilities
  • Read and understand technical and financial aspects of all related products
  • Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM)
