Job Summary: The Used Equipment Specialist is responsible for proactively sourcing used equipment and accessories, coordinating with the sales team to provide quotes for clients, ensuring inventory levels are maintained, and working with our energy solutions department and outside vendors to source power for all trucks. The successful candidate will work with our rental and shop staffs to determine reconditioning costs and provide quotes to the sales teams. He or she will also be responsible for achieving set departmental financial objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer Kickoff Calls and Follow Up calls to review progress and customer
profile completion - Utilize customer profile for managing and measuring the progress of assigned projects
- Work with customer and Raymond on network integration
- Provide Installation Packet E-mail to Installing Technician (including all documents,
passkeys, specific instructions, part list needed, truck list, etc.) - Send flash drive with most current software and wireless profile to installing technician
- Be primary contact and aid with installation projects
- Build Customer Database and load to server/send to Raymond Corp to load to server
- Coordinate shared tools to be sent to installing tech for specific jobs-- i.e. 4750 program
cables, iBattery interface modules, etc - Perform implementation, including customer training and go-live
- Provide post-implementation system and IT support
- Perform after-market server and gateway training. "Refreshers" or when there is a
customer personnel change - Troubleshoot reporting issues
- Monitor server response messages and proactively engage customers
- For certain legacy customers, respond to non-scheduled customer iWarehouse
data/report/meeting requests - Meet regularly with manager to review status of current and pending jobs
- Attend continual training programs/meetings to develop and maintain knowledge and
skills associated with all position-associated products - Develop and implement continuous improvement projects related to
iWarehouse products installations and implementations - Perform hardware troubleshooting and repairs on installed equipment
Qualifications:
- Experience with, or able to adapt quickly to, software implementation and data analytics
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
- Deep understanding of Microsoft operating system and software suite (Word,
PowerPoint and Excel), MS Windows OS, Web sharing/Screen sharing tools (Teams,
GoToMeeting, WebEx), etc… - Communicate effectively with all levels of employees and customers
- Maintain a mature, professional appearance at all times
- Willingness to work off hours as needed or specified
- Willingness to work out of town as needed or specified
