Job Summary: We are looking for a strong candidate to add to our Service Management Team in northeastern PA. The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong track record for managing in the field service workforce. In addition to management responsibilities, you will work in a team environment--across departments--to implement creative customer service solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish overall improvement in the following areas: cost performance, customer communications, technicians’ technical expertise and customer service skills
- Possess strong leadership and motivational skills
- Develop and maintain business plans
- Support expansion of customer base and technical force
- Improve technician recovery rate
- Effectively improve warranty performance
- Provide technical support to technicians and customers
- Proactively maintain and manage customer and CFPM costs control
- Oversee budget planning
Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business- and/or Management-related field or equivalent, related experience
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Possess a valid driver’s license and exceptional driving record
- Complete a favorable background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Provide proof of exceptional customer service, presentation skills and ability to relate to a wide-range audience
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to all levels of organization, from VP to entry-level employees
- Showcase strong problem-solving, organizational and time-management capabilities
- Read and understand technical and financial aspects of all related products
- Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM)
