Job Summary: We're looking for a Parts Consignment Coordinator to add to our Parts team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated problem solver who keeps the customer and company in high regards at all times. The successful candidate will provide parts, information, and related services to our current customers. He/she will also be responsible for ordering, inventory, delivery, and stocking of parts at customer locations. To qualify, you must be highly motivated and should expect extensive, face-to-face customer contact throughout each day.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize well-developed customer service skills to expend customer case and build customer loyalty
  • Deliver parts to current and new customer (including internal customers)
  • Identify parts opportunities and resources required to secure parts business
  • Assist in-house parts team with taking phone calls and parts orders
  • Perform ordering, inventory, delivery & stocking of parts for consignment customers
  • Recognize customer needs & provide management with appropriate solutions to help increase business
  • Perform product demonstrations and assist customers with product application as required
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Answer phones & perform other administrative duties as required


  • Demonstrate excellent customer-service skills
  • Possess strong problem-solving, organizational & time-management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
  • Possess a keen attention to detail
  • Able to interact with team members to develop solid work relationships
  • Possess experience with industrial parts, along with an understanding of the material handling industry
  • Possess a high-school diploma (or equivalent work experience)
  • Able to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure or stress
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Possess excellent communication skills (written, verbal, aural)
  • Possess an excellent driving record
