The Best Factory Protection in the Industry.
Our Standard Warranty provides the best factory protection in the industry for your new Raymond lift truck. Year one begins with fork-to-bumper protection, including wearable components for four months or up to 750 hours (whichever occurs first) and 12 months of coverage for non-wearable components. Years two and three provide Powertrain protection for up to a maximum of 3,000 hours.

We know that proper maintenance of your trucks is critical to maximizing productivity and uptime. With the added protection of our Scheduled Service coverage, we inspect and maintain your trucks at specified intervals and help you minimize major mechanical issues — before they happen. You get all the essential inspections and maintenance recommended by Raymond, with service performed by your local Raymond Solutions and Support Center. Service is planned to fit within your scheduled, and Scheduled Service coverage is available for as long as you own your trucks.
