This role is ideal for a self-motivated problem solver that keeps the customer and company in high regards at all times. This role will provide parts, information, and related services to our current customers, and will be responsible for ordering, performing inventory, monitoring the warehouse, and keeping day-to-day contact with customers via phone.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide the best quality parts, customer service, and technical support in our industry
  • Execute IRIUM system policies, procedures, and data/order entry
  • Carry out departmental and company policies and procedures
  • Process stock, emergency, and special orders as required
  • Maintain an accurate parts database
  • Work in a team-based atmosphere toward the common goals and objectives of the parts department and company as a whole
  • Provide technical support and research for internal and external customers
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Navigate, research, and select parts via electronic and hardcopy parts catalogs
  • Research customer requirements using the IRIUM system, as well as technical assistance, manuals, phone skills, and outside sources
  • Participate in all physical inventories
  • Actively promote Pengate products and services
  • Provide support to warehouse staff as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
