Job Summary: We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to add to our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of sales activities, working directly with our sales team to provide related administrative support. This would include day-to-day administrative activities, as well as assisting the sales team with other growth opportunities. The selected candidate will support the sales team and management on a daily basis by tracking sales from order inception to end delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with various software applications to support our order process
  • Facilitate the distribution of sales-related information between customers and other departments as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales department
  • Interface with existing and prospective customers
  • Assist with sales-proposal generation, order processing and coordination of our CRM system
  • Work with various vendors/suppliers to support the order process
  • Process supplier invoices and submit billing to customers
  • Maintain & analyze activity in our CRM database with regards to sales orders, then follow through with suggestions for improvement
  • Resolve sales-related order and inventory issues and provide feedback for corrective action
  • Maintain monthly sales reports as required


  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Navigate and manage a CRM system
  • Possess strong problem-solving, organizational, project and time-management capabilities
  • Able to execute a plan with little to no direction
  • Possess excellent communication skills (written, verbal, aural)
  • Able to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure or stress
  • Able to juggle priorities and exhibit a high attention to detail
