Job Summary: We're currently seeking a candidate that has experience-based management, leadership, and motivational skills. As a Training Program Developer/Coordinator, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Pengate Handling Systems Training Program. You will be in charge of applying the training policies required by higher headquarters, developing training solutions tailored to our local needs, developing curriculum for career-path development in field service, and developing cross-functional safety protocols and other required cross-functional training initiatives. The selected candidate must coordinate with our field service, dispatch, and other divisions to schedule training events and track the training program status to individual levels of the organization. Additionally, you must manage 3-5 Corporate Field Trainers and apply training in a LEAN corporate environment to account for continuous improvement methodologies in all aspects of your work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Apply technical details to training curriculums
  • Demonstrated Interpersonal skills leading to teamwork and team development
  • Ability to teach and convey ideas that translate to day to day training and performance standards
  • Conduct training in Classroom, Online, and in the field
  • Assist in the development of distance learning platforms
  • Possess experience-based management, leadership, and motivational skills

  • Minimum of 5 Years Management Experience
  • Minimum of 5 Years performing in a training development and educational environment
  • Lean Management Experience / Exposure
  • Supply Chain, Field Service, Material Handling, Maintenance, and/or Logistics Management Experience
  • Undergraduate Degree or commensurate experience in a field related to required Job Duties and Responsibilities
